I've finished planning the first three books of my Lullabies series (Frost, Howl, and Glass)…I've already been writing Frost a little but now I'm about ready to start on the other two, as well as planning the rest of the series. I just need to complete the playlists and name the chapters.
Which is just about the hardest part for me.
It's always the little details that I always get hung up on, but when I start to get frustrated with it, I just work on the illustrations for a little bit. I'm making paper dolls of each of the main character of the book and I'm thinking of making them "articulated" using small brads for the limbs (and a mermaid version of the MC in Tempest too). Would it make my job a little harder? Possibly...but I love the little details of it too much to care.
