Shadow People Experiences

Here are my two most impactful experiences with 'shadow ppl'.

On two occasions I had shadow hands touch me and end up sinking into my skull. The first time this happened, I had indeed been around 14 or 15 and had been smoking weed and drinking alcohol, but not enough to drop me. I didn't see anything, but I literally felt a pair of hands run themselves up my back along my spine and up my neck, and then sank into the base of my skull. It was then I blacked out and fell to the floor. I was totally fine after, and it lasted only a few seconds. The second time, I saw the hands. I was half asleep, indeed, but this time I saw them like black floating hands/forearms. They didn't seem to realize I could see them, they were moving slowly and quietly towards my head (I was laying on my back). Before they could touch me, I used what I could only describe as a concentrated psychic thought blast to push them away forcefully, due to feeling confident and with a modicum of control in the situation. The hands recoiled from the hit, actually seemed SURPRISED, and even perhaps indignantly when it responded by doing it anyways, much more quickly and forcefully, but the hands sank into my forehead/surrounding area (big hands) and I blacked out/went back to sleep. The second encounter, I don't recall what year it was or how old I was, but it was definitely sometime early 2015/after, but not after 2018/2019.
