Have you tried going to clubs or events with people that are like you? Eg; (If you're gay) pride clubs, maybe clubs involving some hobbies you have... You should be able to find some near your area.
fuck dude, i tried everything, i tried going to clubs tried talking to people, only people i met where clingy weirdos who only cared about themselves i want to meet people i can actually talk to and have a normal conversation with, i want my own group of friends irl that i can go to parties with or the mall even
