Owiieee Messed Up My T Shot This Morning

Every Wednesday I get up in the morning before school and self administer my testosterone shot. Well this morning (like an hour ago) the cap on one of the needles wasn't coming off, in fact I broke two nails trying to open it, and when it did open it was bent and stabbed me a bunch on the hand. I obviously didn't use that needle to do my shot and disposed of it immediately, but it kinda sucks that I wasted a needle and stabbed myself a whole bunch on accident. It was a sterile needle, so I'm not getting any weird hand infections or anything. 

The actual shot with a new needle went smoothly, as I think I am getting the hang of it now. That one cap on that one needle was just glued on there or something, man.
