I've had a rlly rough day (and week (and month)) and nobody I usually talk to was available/ I didn't want to do anything, but I needed to take my mind off things otherwise I was gonna probably have an awful night.
But instead I went on a walk. At 9:00pm, around 64 degrees F here at that time, and 40 minutes later I come home, admittedly still sad and stressed, but now more rational and refreshed.
idk anything that I could have possibly done that's just so relaxing(?) even if I'm just walking around the suburban hellscape that is most of the USA's populated areas.
Genuinely recommend it for just decompressing. 10/10, have done before, will do again. Just make sure you're safe wherever you're walking.
