One of my mutuals talked about this months ago but I'm still gonna talk about it.
How can people look at a murderer, a person who takes people's lives, ect, and say, "Hey, I like this person! They're my heroes!"
You need to check yourself into a mental hospital because why would you idolize that type of person? "But I like watching true crime stories." I have no right to stop you, but there's a big difference between watching to stay informed and thinking the victims aren't real while buying merch about your 'favorite murderer'. How can people adore murderers (especially if it involves minors)? This also goes to the topic of gore. What the hell is wrong with you if you like seeing people's limbs get cut off? It isn't a flex to prove how gore doesn't bother you. Those videos you watch were of living human beings, and you like watching them die. If one of your family members were killed and videotaped being brutally cut limb by limb, you wouldn't be smiling.
That's all I have to say for now. But seriously, get actual help if you idolize and like murderers.

Quick TW warning for easily triggered people.
You have a point people who are like that so need help. But, just an idea, gore might just be, a form of self harm or a way for person to cope with traumatic experiences. To some gore is a way to feel something, and eventually it causes the brain to condition itself to enjoy it, especially if that's the only way you can feel things. I'm talking on personal experiences tho.
But I do find idolising serial killers cringe tho

THANK YOU. I've always thought there is something really off about anyone who is fans of serial killers as if they're celebrities
