I specifically love his songs Little Octopus Climbing Over Rock, Space Unicorn, There's A Cat Licking Your Birthday Cake, and definitely Neon Pegasus.
Please tell me more artists like Parry Gripp I cannot get enough of his songs.

It's not quite the same kind of silliness, but personally I'm a fan of They Might Be Giants.
If you're interested in goofy, there's always Weird Al.
I used to see people compare Parry Gripp to 100Gecs, but I never quite saw it. It's not my kind of music anyways. Except for Stupid Horse. That's a fun one.
Tally Hall tends to vary from goofy to deeply symbolic. But they're a popular one.
