Some days after the 1.20, I was disappointed with Sniffer. It had too much potential just two recive two decorative plants. So I kept thinking about some things It could have brought to the game, but I couldn't think of anything.
Almost like a character who changes personalities when sleeps, close to my time to go to the world of sleep, I managed to think of some ideas that I liked.
Cupoison/Cup of Poison (I don't have much creativity to create a name in English)
- A 20 pixels nepenthes plant, color painted in green and yellow.
- 25% chance of being sniffed out;
- The plant has 14 hp (equal 7 hearts);
- By adding certain ingredients with positive effects, the plant transforms them into negative effects, such as Regeneration → Poison or Speed → Slowness;
- The plant operates with unique recipes; that is, when you add all the ingredients and collect with a bottle, another recipe begins;
- Feeding the plant with meat (in general, excluding rotten meat) will increase the potion's strength, but it isn't possible to decrease the strength during the recipe;
- Giving It rotten meat will make It sick and the potion's strenght will not increase for a day;
- Giving ingredients with negative effect will only make the plant regurgitate them;
- Gunpowder makes the potion throwable, but the plant suffers 4 damage (equal 2 hearts);
- The plant can be healed using bone meal, It gives 2 Hp (equal 1 heart).
There's other plant + item that I like more, but It's incomplete and bad polished, so maybe one day I will post It.
