So how do you differentiate between an actual crush or your mind telling you that you HAVE to have a crush so you just pick a person. I CANT TELL BETWEEN PLATONIC AND ROMANTIC UGHH

its so annoying!! when i was younger my friends all had crushes so i thought that i needed to have one and now that im older i cant tell the difference between genuine or just for show :(((
