yeah so i cant ever fucking sleep at night and we're all somewhat mentally ill here so im guessing someone else also has insomnia so if u could give me tips to help me sleep so my dad doesnt fucking yell at me again it'd be appreciated!!

tbh my biggest tip is stare at one point like in the dark no phone or anythign until you get tired and repeat until you fall asleep it rarely works 4 me but i like to think it always does :')
