so eepy !

im so sleepy rn <3 i just came back from the gym an unfortunately this time i think i over extended myself :[.. 


im showing some progress i think!! i can now do 120 pounds on using the leg press and that makes me very happy. 


i used to be 175 when i started working out, it's been about 4 weeks in and ive lost like 4 pounds? yay me!! 

i hope one day to feel overall great when it comes to my health :)
