Good evening. I apologies to my two whole readers that it's taken me so long to post again, I couldn't figure out how to for a very long time, but then I magically figured it out all on my own. (Just nod along pls). The past two weeks have been a roller coaster, but luckily I can't remember any of it! Homework is coming to a close and the start of studying for finals begins. The good news is that it'll be done in a few days no matter what, it always goes by in such a blur. A big thing keeping me afloat rn is knowing that I have a friend Christmas party to attend a couple days after the finals, I'm so excited for it, I have the bestest friends <3

Hello there you ;)
Let's see... I have been having a great break! Since last we spoke I finished my finals, thank god, I was just about dead tbh.
Anyways, hi! My name is Mj (for now), I'm a future mathematician and current admirer of science and nature. It is currently week 10 out of 11 n 1/2 of Fall Quarter at my college, a very hectic season, so if my updates are sparse that's why. Classes are certainly going, honestly pretty well too, I'm taking English, Physics, and Multivariable Calc. I am so glad that it's almost over, this quarter has been a very rough 18 credits. But enough about school...
I feel as though I always talk about my school life (since that's usually what I spend my time doing) but there are so many cool random things floating around my mind that I will share with you all. I've noticed that my mind is a factory of random riffs and pieces of songs that are always stuck in my head. Never a whole song, no no, just one or two lines. Right now: "Straight Up" Paula Abdul. So random!! During thanksgiving dinner a couple nights ago: "Scotty Doesn't Know" Lustra. Terrible song to be humming at a family event!!!! It is constant and does change quite frequently, I don't mind it though, it keeps me company. I have a theory that a song gets stuck when I start it but don't finish it, curious right?
I have also been experiencing so much deja vu recently, it sometimes freaks me out. Just at random intervals of the day I feel: yeah no I definitely did this before, this shit ain't new and that's for sure. It is also something incredibly frequent that happens, most of the time 3-4 times a day, which seems like too many times if you ask me.
As the holidays approach I am thankful for all of the amazing friends and bestest boyfriend ever in my life, and I can't wait to spoil them all with presents. Tomorrows goal is to do sooo much online shopping since I've already picked their gifts out (for the most part), and hopefully don't lose all my money. Fingers crossed. I'll keep you posted.

The song that's been stuck in my head for the past errrr hour is "Bedless" Pierce The Veil, go listen to it. And another one of my daily favs is "The Boy Who Could Fly" PTV, listen to that one too rn rn. And as for music news, my good buddy Shadow showed me this masterpiece of a song remix "Kiss me (kill me)". He hates it, I love it. Apparently my wonderful bf used to torture Shadow with this song, ah what a great time that must've been, maybe we can get that started up again (bring bring).
I've been so focused on ending this quarter that I haven't given the proper time to being sad about the things that I'll miss. Which is mainly one thing, getting to see my bf and friends almost every day. I have an active and thriving social life at school, which is odd but I do like it. And I really enjoy seeing bf everyday, even if we're both dead inside and miserable. I do prefer it when we're alive but hey I'm just picky like that sometimes. I really like that I can make him smile and laugh, I think it's neat that he finds me funny n silly hehehe. Next quarter I have goals to see him more at his house, especially because he has less in person class days. Additionally I need to make the switch between hanging out via going out to a place to hanging via going to his place. Cuz going places costs money and I am quickly running out, and I'm so fucking tired I just want to rest with him.
Anyways, not much else in my life besides friends/bf, music, and school. Or at least nothing else that I can remember at this late hour, I promise that there is more to me than this.
