DAY 22 OF GOING BACK TO THE FIRST THANKSGIVING TO GET TURKEYS OFF THE MENU

THAT'S RIGHT! WE'RE GOING BACK TO THE FIRST THANKSGIVING! TO GET TURKEYS! OFF!! THE MENU!!!!!!!!!!!!


HELLO BOYS. DAY 22! TODAY WE ARE SPEEDRUNNING ITS NEARLY 4 AM. MY SLEEP SCHEDULE IS ACTUALLY FUCKED. 

[ Sleep Schedule || Previous Night ] - 

I SLEPT AROUND 5 AM. I KNOW. BUT ITS NOT SOMETHING I CAN HELP ATM! Body reasons!  I woke up in the afternoon bc duh that’s what happens if you sleep near sunrise. I took a 4 hour nap (if you can even call it that) a few hours ago but i think i need to go back to sleep if i want to SOMEWHAT fix the sleep schedule.


[ Socialization ] - 

NOTHING! I did driving practice with my dad instead of my brother. Stressful as hell. My immediate reaction to anything is to wanna cry, so i was like gripping the wheel trying not to embarrass myself in front of my father. I could tell he noticed my uneasiness because im very expressive, so i think he went a bit easier on me. I appreciate it. Did that for over an hour!


Ive been kinda M.I.A. both online and in person today, i barely responded to anything or anyone properly, and i wasnt very present conversation wise. I wasnt feeling bad or anything! I actually feel fine, it’s just one of those days? Dissociation was it? I dont know, but we always have tomorrow. Ill respond to everything in the morning yk :]]] also it was thanksgiving, but somehow everyone was still active somehow. i was kinda out of it, but no negative feelings either.


[ Art/Creative ] -

 I MEANT TO DRAW I REALLY DID, BUT TODAY HAS BEEN THE MOST NON-DAY EVER! I SPENT LONG HOURS DOING THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AND THEN WENT TO SLEEP. Will fix sleep schedule and then properly do things tomorrow!!!


[ School Work ] -

 AA DONT GET ME STARTED OKAY. THINGS R A WRECK TODAY, WE KNOW. but its okay! We continue! We live on we KEEP GOING! 


[ Hydration ] -

 i was well hydrated!!!!!! Made sure to drink lots of water! Still had black tea and coffee and stuff, but im well hydrated very regularly now! I tend to get stress headaches sometimes, but i was also INCREDIBLY dehydrated, but ever since these daily entries i havent had those kinds of headaches in a while! Stay hydrated guys


[ Physical Activity] -

i went on a lengthy walk after driving practice! By the time i got home, the sun had set. Perfect timing 


[ Diet ] - not great, not awful, but also IM NOT HAVING MY MEALS AT THE RIGHT TIMES? THE SLEEP SCHEDULE IS FUCKING THE ORGANIZATION FOR EVERYTHING ELSE. stared at my friends’ pictures of their thanksgiving food and drooled. me


[ New Information/Something New ] - brother i cant remember. Driving counts bc Slip_Moth said so >:D me making excuses for myself lolol ^^;;;


{ [ Music ] } - AAAAAA TALK BY BEABADOOBEE,  MY TREASURE. Ive mentioned it multiple times already. Too good. Definitely the song of this month, at least. 

Oh also Do Ya Thing by Gorillaz the full 13 minute explicit version feat. James Murphy and Andre 3000. Today definitely felt like this song. Talk is good, but todays vibes were definitely this song.


{ [ Thoughts ] } - WHERE AM I

There will be days when things are like this, but it is important to just not beat myself up over it, and just focus on getting it together. Kazimirs’ comment on my bulletin post actually motivated me a lot somehow, “If you are doomed... crawl out of the hellfire pit whatever it takes LETS GET IT” I am putting that on my ceiling so i see it when i wake up every morning. never been more motivated by words.

Shit happens, don't beat yourself up about it too much. Also thanks for the shoutout. On a side note, is poor sleep just the university experience, it's 1pm here and just after reading this post, my cousin who's in uni sent me a message saying that she just woke up. I'm not looking forward.

Anyway, take it easy and good luck dealing with the beast that is your sleep schedule.
