POLISH SERIALS ARE WEIRD

If you aren't Polish you probably don't know what I'm talking about BUT bare with me here.

There's a TV series called "Ojciec Mateusz" it's a serial about a priest helping the police solve crimes, the priest's name is Mateusz, that's why the title is that (Ojciec is Father). The priest was KIDNAPPED, POISONED and SHOT(if I remember correctly) + HE GOT SEND TO PRISON TOO??? There's side characters too and there's side stories too, like the fuck you mean the guy living in presbytery with the said priest was a drug addict? AND THE TOWN PEOPLE'S??? YOU SOLD DRUGS? YOU WERE SELLING YOUR BODY??? WHAT???
