Nihilism

It's me again. Today i will tell you why i think nihilism has been so popular lately. This post is in no way hate to nihilism, it's believer or anything like that, just something i want to talk about. 

I don't know if you have noticed, but nihilism has become one of the most popular beliefs. Nihilism often states that life just simply doesn't matter and isn't all that much important. Now different people view this in different ways, some think it's depressing and sad, others feel that this means they shouldn't feel as scared or anxious about the future, past or present because it simply doesn't matter and we're only here for a fun time, not a long one. 

Friedrich Nietzsche or "the father of nihilism" is famous for the quote "God is dead", this is where i think alot of the followers come. A majority of nihilist have religous trauma, whether it's because of the church or family and close friends, Christianity is one of the least welcoming or open religions, and i say this as a Chatholic. Many members of the church can't accept different beliefs or orientations, where as nihilist don't care about that, because it simply doesn't matter. 

I also want to state that over the years people have become much more sad or worried, but the belief of nihilism can be calming, like proof that you don't need to do or have much.
