ok maybe thee best episode and probably a 10/10 also it's super late and I'm very tired but wanted to write this before I inevitably forget lol.
- 5x14 - The most unforgettable characters: oh man oh man where to even begin this episode is so sweet and special. I think I'll get into the ratings asap cus as I said, I'm tired, but with the ratings I can explain better what's up. HAWKEYE INDEX: 9.5/10 first of all, he was super cute. Obvi. This episode is also fundamental in the hawnk agenda cus come on. COME ON. He decides to fight pretend with BJ so Frank has a fun birthday. DIESSS. Which takes me to... BISEXUALITY INDEX: 10/10 this is a peak beejhawk episode. Wow is it peak. They're super cute and friendly at the beginning, then they fight and it's funny cause you know it's fake and they trust and know each other so well that they can pull it off BUT uh oh, maybe they don't know each other that well cause BJ hits a nerve when he says he thinks Hawkeye doesn't know how to lose. Then we get that amazing scene of them sorta fighting in the crates and it's ugh chef's kiss and THEN them sitting almost on top of each other saying and I QUOTE "you still love me for all my faults?" "what faults? you're perfect!" ..................................................................and the charming smile BJ gives Hawkeye.................................................................................................................. moving on. KLINGER INDEX: 10/10 is this my first pefect rating??? maybe so. And if so, DESERVED. He was so cute and perfect this episode. All his outfits were stunning and he had lots of screentime and it was great. ANTI-WAR INDEX: 8/10 ok so I definitely feel like when they're not doing overtly anti-war messaging, they don't say much about it but honestly it is always implied and since this is such a great episode overall, I'd say ... yeah 8 is fine. GENDER INDEX: 8/10 as always great when Klinger is there, we got a little gender moment with Hawkeye at the beginning tying his robe which was cute. GENERAL LIKABILITY: 10/10 lovely just lovely at the end my face hurt from smiling which can only mean I was smiling for 25 minutes straight!! such a lovely episode. GOOD TELEVISION: 10/10 Burt Metcalfe just knows how to make TV. Chef's kiss. Overall rating: 9.3.
And here we have our highest rated episode yet!!! Yayyy. S5 so far has been absolutely perfect fantastic peak television, and from what I know it only gets better and better (according to sources the show truly peaks on s7 and goes up until the end). So excited for it!!
