What in the World..? (short story)

"I wonder why, I feel like this." She thought to herself.

She looked around her. The cold, thick air felt almost soothing to her skin, her cheeks, her hands.

She glanced, looking around in the thick fog, everything felt so unearthly.it felt... Almost wrong..

The young woman, continued to walk down familiar streets, but it seemed fake, not even a dream, rather a hallucination.. like not a single thing around her was really there, or exsisted despite its presence. -sickening..-

Her hands grew more tense the more she realized... This isn't reality. 

This wasn't real ..
