Hey Sparky (fire dog) super fans and honorary firefighters alike!

I want to talk about a topic very close to my heart.

My hart is just as protected as my head. With a Helmet!

Inside you're head you have at least one brain, which is important. Your skull is not strong enough and you can get hurt!

Strong but not careless!

Sometimes helmets are heavy! 

It's always okay to ask for help! 

Be care ful with your spine! (it is also your brain)
