Art bullshit

I really gotta draw more, I wanna draw my characters happily existing so bad man,,, it's crazee like I'm not gonna do anything extraordinary just like them being like normal people [ except they're furries and not real ]. My art skill has definitely gone down since I haven't drawn in a long ass time though. Can I categorize it as art block? Idk schools been keeping me pretty busy and I feel like I don't have the time I used to. Life gets in the way ig, I used to draw constantly.
