cant play music in MY room

okay so my brother is always playing video games in MY room cus the wifi is better and when i complain my parents just tell me to let him but the thing is i cant even play my music without headphones cus he complains and my parents tell me to turn it off so i dont bother him. Thats not fair its my room and i am not even allowed to play music
