noiji from the hit splatband abxy!! (my art)

been a while since i posted on here but i figured for all my splatoonies out there in spacehey, it's exciting to get an announcement for splatoon 1 bands still makin it in splatoon 3!!! noiji is my favorite in abxy (or chirpy chips, if u prefer) so i wanted to draw him today!
