hoo, boy, how do i start this?
so, i woke up pretty early today (well, 5 AM) to visit a dentist, and my mom dropped me off... which freaked me out.
it was only upon her arrival and us getting in would we realize that they didn't do dentistry. it was only when the nurse asked us and her calling me back did we know, but she was nice enough to point out where the nearest hospital was... but boy, there were hoops to jump through, like making a folder for myself (since i haven't been to a normie community-based hospital before, i've only ever been to hospitals that were military-related, trust me, you'll understand in due time, it comes with my parents' healthcare insurance while my dad's in the military, but i'm 18 now, so i'm no longer covered, let's get this over with), and waiting.
lots of waiting.
at least my mom was by my side to basically be my voice... until i had to go solo. eh, it wasn't too bad, though, since the doctor and dentists were all nice to me, probably due to the fact that i seemed extremely uncomfortable or that it might've been my first time in a medical facility in over three years, and this was all new and whatever.
the female dentist was really nice and helped me with my options, which is either to extract the tooth or to do the filling.
which goes against what the male dentist said.
uhhhhhhhhhhh-
he defs said i could get a filling, but we might have to remove it, because of how big the cavity was, and it could hit something (but i forget what it's called), but he could only fit me in on the 19th of December, which could be too late but i'm willing to hope that i can get a filling rather than pulling the tooth out in its entirety. what doesn't make this easier is the fact that, one, there could be later complications, and two, it's on the top row at the back, so...
yeah.
i'm screwed.
should i pull it out or should i hold onto faith and hope that it won't decay any further?
anyway, have a nice whatever :)
