DOOM PATROL!

double posting on my blog for tonight because I really want to update you all on something I am very excited about:

I have recently purchased 10 Doom Patrol comics on etsy, and I am very, VERY, excited to receive them. (And at such a low price than I expected! 10 vintage comics for just $23 without taxes + shipping!)

I have found it very difficult to find the older Doom Patrol runs as it is VERY rare to find them, and trying to look for them in the first place is very time-consuming. at many conventions I have been to, I always run to the different comic vendors, and I spend hours searching for anything DP related.

at some cons, I've gotten lucky; the last con I went to had a vendor that had Doom Patrol Vol. 2, Issue 26, "Nowhere Man." (AKA the one in which Mr. Nobody makes his official appearance!) unfortunately, that was the only DP comic the vendor had, but I was extremely overjoyed I was able to purchase it.

the same convention had other vendors that also had (albeit, very few) DP comics. one that I had purchased was Vol. 2, Issue 23, "The House That Jack Built." (the one where the Doom Patrol fight off Red Jack from taking ex-DP-member, Rhea Jones).

haha... I bet you can't tell that I'm a major fan of the DP comics...

anyways, I will absolutely update my blog once the comics arrive. I am VERY happy and excited.
