(Vent) Dude i feel like an ass

So i was talking shit about some girl and someone may have told her or she overhead?? and i feel like really shitty about it i did kinda relapse on my s/h nothing serious bc i have to have my arms out for an event tomorrow but holy shit i feel bad. 

i know there are ppl whove done worse that talk shit behind someones back but i feel really bad she sounded upset and if she confronts me im just gonna fold because i deserve it
