so many people with nothing under books as favs

this says a lot about our society i think  :/

the only non manga books I have with me are analyses of the kaiji series in 3 different forms... so the non-manga books i have within reach are books ABOUT manga. funny how that works.

one goes over the history of dice and the materials they've historically been made of, amusement parks and casinos, labor camps, and gay prostitution. it's under 200 pages, somehow.   Louis XVI of france is also mentioned in here in reference to a made up card game.

i may not read much,  but i got at least one banger manga essay on my desk
