I've been consciously reducing my reliance on phone apps and social media for a healthier lifestyle. I've deleted most of my social media accounts, realizing that arguing online with strangers doesn't lead to any resolution and makes me feel awful. I've ordered an Ambernic game handheld to revisit childhood favorites and even switched my phone to a grayscale display. My goal is to be less absorbed in my phone, focusing on life and using my desktop to occasionally expressing myself here.
