Album Talk #1 // 'BUSH' by Snoop Dogg

What's up SpaceHey?

I made a really cool friend on here today (shoutout MALLBUNNIE). I was inspired by their blog post, so I also wanted to start a blog series where I can share albums I think people should hear.

The first entry to this series is BUSH by Snoop Dogg [Sample]

I recommend this album because it doesn't actually sound like a Snoop Dogg album. Not to say Snoop makes bad music - BUSH is just so mellow and digestible. Pharrell (of the Neptunes) produced (and likely wrote) every song on the project. Each track carries a very whimsical vibe. BUSH is definitely a "feel good" album.

This project, which features Stevie Wonder, Gwen Stefani, Charlie Wilson, and more.... truly has something for everyone. This album sounds even better if you play it while cleaning the house or getting ready for work in the morning.

Whenever someone gives me the aux, I can play this album from beginning to end with full confidence.
