random movie that I saw years ago

I remember a movie that I saw plenty years ago, it was 3d but in some scenes it was made by real life actors. I don't exactly remember the plot but it was about a tiny red robot with female voice and a girl(?) and some other characters that were exploring an island or smt like that, like a forest but with magical stuff, all of that 3d animated but there were 3 villians that were in another world made by real life actors with asian facial features, they were 2 men and a woman all dressed in formal clothes that in one moment of the movie got inside the 3d world to stop the main characters. from that, I don't remember anything more and I really what to find that movie again. If someone knows anything please tell me.
