If we think carefully and based on the Bible, the alternate universe in which our gender is changed does not make much sense, because Adam and Eve would also change gender, so Eve, being a man, would eat the forbidden fruit and condemn all the other men of that alternate universe to go through menstruation, pregnancy and all that, and Adam, well, I don't know.
