I can’t tell if I’m better or worse without my medication
Like I feel like better currently but I also think I’m in a state of Hypomania which happens before I go into a full manic state(bipolar1)
I’ve also been extremely paranoid causing me to only get like 3 hours of sleep at most every night. Also worried about being watched or recorded when I’m in public it’s super irritating :(
If I go AFK I probably got put back in the ward because I quit my meds cold turkey instead of listening to my psychiatrist T^T
TLDR: quit meds on my own and it’s getting bad might get sent to ward
