Created first business website lol

ok so my mum asked me 2 create a business website for a relative and wanted it done in like a day. originally, i was planning on using either php and mysql or react and mongoDB so that i could get more hands on practice with databases and web dev technicalities (i am not into web dev at all but it seems fun haha). 

anyyyways~ i ended up using google cloud web server, w/ hestia control panel, and set it up on wordpress. i think the last time i used wordpress was 5 years ago for a highschool assignment where we had to create a personal blog lolz. felt a bit unfamiliar with it so i just watched a couple of yt vids to create this website - for web server and wordpress.

but basically, all i did was configure the cheapest possible vm instance for the web server on the compute engine, run it, configure the dns setup on where i bought the domain name (for A records - root domain and hcp, as well as for the CNAME record), install hcp on server by ssh on browser (+ add firewall rules for hcp), configure hcp, then design the website on wordpress w/ elementor.

this was really rushed and i dont think its that good compared to how professionals would build a website, but i still think i learned a lot from it. in the future, id like to integrate docker or kubernetes into a project :]
