[BRAWLHALLA] Opinions on Boots Legends? (Tezca, Red Raptor, etc)

I ask because ever since they were released, it feels like something had changed about the game. I play more tanky-legends, so they're slower than the fast-paced boots legends they're pumping out now. I struggle with them A LOT n i jus wanna know if anyone had their own opinions n shiz on these legends
