Picture this.

You’re going around any typical store specifically on pride month.

Walmart

Target

It doesn’t matter, pick one and go with it.

You’re going around, buying groceries, and you happen to want to buy new clothes.

You see a person, arguing with an unfortunate employee about the pride collection of clothes while recording it on their phone.

β€œYou’re pushing your beliefs onto our kids!”

β€œThat swim suit is too big for a child to wear, that was supposed to be in the adult section”

β€œYour store supports Satan!”

You walk by, either laughing to yourself or questioning if the person is just another one of those people doing this stuff for attention from their 20 Facebook followers (most of which are family members) or if they actually believe in this stuff, and is bold enough to send it to the police who are done with reports like these.

You look for clothes that you wanna buy when you remember about actual children clothing that some people sell.

You remember clothes that have β€œborn sassy” or β€œchicks all over me” and even β€œI hate my thighs” that’s supposed to fit on a new born baby.

You remember the boys clothing having streo-typical male activities plastered all over it while the girls clothing had girly stereo-typical activities on it.

β€œHuh..that’s ironic”

You thought to yourself

How is having a pride collection for adults (that’s honestly kinda crappy, these companies need to hire better designers) indoctrinating kids when some actual children’s clothing have gender stereo types, literal jokes about how little boys and girls will β€œget all the ladies” or β€œshop all the time!” Is apparently alright.

You walk out the store with a cool new t-shirt and your groceries, not wanting to think about it too much because you honestly have more things to deal with rather than thinking about the recent events.
