𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨.

How curious. Your so-called god has specifically told you to love yourself and love your neighbors.

“Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”

Never once was my identity mentioned in the book you worship, never once have I seen your god question identity nor an individual's gender. Your god never seemed to prioritize making a fuss about how a person sees themself gender wise, yet you’re here, willing to kill anyone who dares step out of what you think is the norm. Isn’t that against your god’s wishes? Or are you making excuses for yourself?

Pathetic.

You speak high and mighty about how you want to protect humanity from the evils of the world. You preach and warn about the monsters that mutilate their bodies just to be something that they’re not supposed to be.

“God punishes those who change their gender”

“You will burn in the fiery pits of hell if you ever love the gender you were not supposed to be with”

“All of them will tell your children silly beliefs, all of them will make your children stray away from the path of god”

You screech, you yell, you shout. Yet most of us have done nothing.

We want to live normal and happy lives just as much as you do. For most of us, we want to live in the comfort of our own home, observing the outside world with a cup of hot cocoa accompanied by the warmth of the fireplace. For some of us, we want to have a happy family with a loving partner and possibly children we could call our own one day. 

What’s so different from our idea of a happy life from yours? Just because we have a different identity from you, we suddenly don’t have the privilege to live the life that we want. Is that your god's plan? To make those suffer because of a thing that barely matters? 

You call us dangerous? You sharpen your pitchforks, set your torches aflame, ready to defend your little village from danger.

But there isn’t any danger.

There never was.

Like a beast, peacefully sleeping in its den, only to be hunted by an angry mob. We have done nothing, we have done nothing to ruin your peaceful and happy life.

How brave of you to call us the dangerous ones when you’re a monster yourself.

Many die by your hand.

Leaving this world that never welcomed them.

suffering.

All because your words vandalized the meaning of the book that your god created.
