DON'T ABBREVIATE CYBERPUNK 2077

The 2.0 update came out, which was a pretty big deal for a whole lotta people
or at least one person, which is me.

being that i pre-ordered tha game like a chump, and first played it on my ps4 pro (only crashed 6 times in my whole playthrough, that has to be some kind of record)
i have been pretty excited for this update.

and it is almost as good as i expected.

most of the games core systems have been completely reworked to be more like an actual rpg, with perks having more of an effect on gameplay, netrunner builds actually being viable, and cyberware reworked into an armor system that actually makes sense, so you dont have to go around looking like a fashion disaster just to survive.

they also reworked consumables completely, into a system where you cant just craft 200 maxdoc mk3 and heal to full in the middle of a fight, you actually have to ration your health items and grenades, despite them being infinite, because they are both on cooldowns and cant be Used infinitely, i love it.

Now me personally i went for a melee build, because come on, they actually added the thermal katana from all the trailers into the game, and it would be a waste for it to be useless.

idk what else to say honestly, aside from the mechanical changes, the story of the game is the same as it always was, they couldnt just change it after all, that would have been too huge of a task.
So all this new shit isnt truly put to use anywhere except your own overworld exploration, and presumably that new dlc they put out. (which i of course got without thinking, like a dumbass)
gonna make a review on that too when i get to it.
