e-blast #1: Is Avril Lavigne really dead?

Hello my little gossip addicts, Gossip Girl here. Today I thought that maybe I could debunk one of the biggest celebrity conspiracy theories of all time. So here I am, debunking the Avril Lavigne replacement conspiracy theory. 

Yes, you heard it well: Avril Lavigne is dead (actually not...but hey, lemme be a little dramatic. In the end, I'm not only a Gossip Queen but a Drama Queen too).

The reason why I wanted to debunk this, it's just because a concerning amount of people still believe in the theory nowadays (and also because I love the gossip).

Twelve years ago somebody posted a blog entry with the name: "Avril Lavigne esta morta", which means "Avril Lavigne is dead" In Portuguese. This was a Brazilian blog that contained all the "proof" that Avril committed suicide in 2003 and was replaced by a body double named Melissa Vandella. 

Some people say she was cloned, while others say that she has a body double or even that she has used multiple body doubles.

However, I don't think these rumors started in 2011. This whole thing actually began in 2005, when Avril's style was starting to change from "2002 tomboy" to "2007 motherfuckin' princess". Let's call this year a transition year.

Personally, I never believed this theory. It is wayyy too dumb to be true in my opinion.

This is Avril in 2003 vs 2018. See? that's so obviously the same person!!! Let's try this once again...this time with a picture from 2002.

The theory says that she was replaced in 2003. WELL I THINK NOT!! I mean, look at her...it's clearly the same girl.

So now we know that Queen A never died. But does she use body doubles from time to time? The answer is...yes, it is very possible.

if not, look at this picture from 2006 and try to tell me that this is Avril:

her bone structure does not match with the other pictures taken of her and I really doubt that they used photoshop in just this one so...

Some pictures can be reaaaally confusing.
