Why do male doctors never listen to young girls problems?

Hi guys, I'm currently very pissed off. For context, for the past two weeks I've been hearing an extremely loud heartbeat and swishing sound in my right ear all the time, 24 hours a day, and I've been having migraines. I also black out for 5-10 seconds when I stand up and my vision is a little blurry sometimes. I also threw up a few days ago. My heartbeat is also a little fast, I think around 105-110 beats per minute. I was also on minocycline for my skin for almost a month, which I stopped taking a few days ago.

I went to the doctors yesterday at 8am (the minute it opened) because the noise woke me up at 6:30am because it was so freaking loud. For context, I'm a terrible insomniac and I literally can't wake up in the morning even if you tell me my house is on fire. Like I'm so not exaggerating... a bomb could go off in my front yard and you still can't get my ass out of bed.

Anyways, the doctor (a woman) at the first place I went to told me to go to the ER, and was really concerned. So I went, and the doctor that took me there was a middle aged white man. I told him my symptoms, and he was kind of brushing them off and not really taking me seriously. He did my bloodwork, said I was probably just dehydrated, and that's why I'm having headaches, (which we later found out was not the case because my electrolyte levels came back normal), and he swabbed me for viruses, which also came back negative. My mom asked if he should do an MRI scan, but he told us it's not really necessary and he really wouldn't recommend it. We told him that we really thought he should, and he again told us that no, I don't need one, and kept discouraging us and said that he didn't want to "radiate my brain", for health reasons. We kept telling him we thought he should, in case I have a tumor or something, and he basically said my symptoms weren't bad enough for me to have any major health issues, and that since I was still eating and sleeping normally (even though I wasn't, but he didn't care to ask), it's not an issue.Β

Anyways, my mom demanded he do one, because again, I could have a tumor or something, and he said fine, but it would take a few hours until we could do the scan, and a few hours after that to get the results. We still insisted, and then waited a few hours, and we finally did the MRI scan. The doctors that did it also said that it doesn't include any radiation, so the other doctor basically lied to us about that so we wouldn't do it, probably because he didn't think it was important and a waste of his time.

The first doctor, let's call him Mr. John, who didn't want us to do the scan, said that my MRI scan came back completely normal, and that I should just go home and take Tylenol. I asked if there was anything stronger he could give me because Tylenol didn't help and kind of had the opposite effect, but he said no. He told me to "take an adult dose [of Tylenol] since I have an adult weight", which was kind of triggering since I have a history of ED sheeran, and I'm also 5'2 and around 97 lbs, and 14 years old. Anyways, we were at the ER from 9am-6pm, and no one told us anything even slightly helpful.

Later that night we got my MRI scan result papers back and they said I had a crowded foramen magnum andΒ low lying cerebellar tonsils, which the doctor didn't tell us about at all. Also, I think considering the MRI results, he was meant to do a spinal tap, but I guess he thought I wasn't worth his time, and he didn't want to.

All this happened yesterday and the noise just keeps getting louder and I'm having a lot of difficulty sleeping, visual blackouts, and dizziness. I don't know what to do and neither does my mom since the doctor said to just not worry about it and take Tylenol. What do you guys think is wrong with me and also what should I do? Send help 😭

asking random people, mostly teenagers, on the internet for health advice is NOT a good idea whatsoever but you have nowhere else to turn to so...
anyways try another ER, try another hospital, doctor, etc etc, even if the other closest hospital is like 4 hours away you need to go there because this sounds like a serious medical issue. otherwise i dont know how to help, i am not a medical professional, i literally am only 13 so i have no idea what else to do in this situation. best of luck.
