hey! I just used it for the first time a couple weeks back, and the transtape channel videos on youtube really helped :D - They show stuff like rounding the corners of your tape (super necessary imo), pulling tighter than you think (in my experience YES ONG).
When first placing the tape on i'd lean forward a bit and then kind of smooth back up to an upright position as you smooth it across the middle of your chest and around the side area! It definately takes a few taping sessions to get the hang of it, so don't be afraid to try different techniques that might wor better for you, and know you'll most likely get better as time goes on !!
IMPORTANT: test patch 2x2 inches for 24-48 hours, look for rashes etc. And always take off with oil/ balms! I use coconut oil and that works for me :)
