problems w/ pjsekai

I keep trying to play cheerful show event on pjsekai and it keeps saying I broke the guidelines but I don't recall doing so. One example that happened is that I had used the "hello" stamp after joining then "hehe" and "let's do our best!" and nothing else.. it won't even tell me why I'm being restricted, I can't figure out why either. This sucks ｡⁠:ﾟ⁠(⁠;⁠´⁠∩⁠`⁠;⁠)ﾟ⁠:⁠｡
