Keep moving forward

Continue on

Justice has come too far

To turn back now

You’ve got to be strong

People say that it was better

In the good old days

When the economy was thriving

And no one noticed the lives being stripped away

And yeah, you may have a point

But if we don’t keep up the fight

Then we’ll never know what it’s like

For everyone to have equal opportunity

For a happy life

Progress doesn’t come easy

But it will, you better believe me

There will be a time

When everyone is only judged by their hearts

And controls the way their lives play out

Imagine millions rising up together

Paving a path between the sea

Parting the waves out

When you turn on the TV

You see a mother crying

In a far-off land

But you can still hear the screams

Of her baby dying

We may be droplets

But together we flood the streets

Moved by what we saw

To make a better place

For you

For me

For all of us

Not just the ones

Who sit on their money thrones and pretend to care

And all of us

Are rising up

To fight the fight that will bring us there

For all of us

For you, for me

For the ones you love

And the ones you don’t

A fight for peace
