don't know about anywhere online, but libraries usually have the dnd guide books on hand!
they come w pre-made campaigns and descriptions of rules, classes, character sheet making etc.
you could borrow it for a while and homebrew a map/character minifigs, maybe using an online app if you don't have dice.
don't let physical limitations stop you!!!!!!!!

i think alot of people use places like discord to meet groups. online dnd is very popular!!
ive seen snippets of roll20, but ive never figured out how it works, so maybe look into roll20.net?
