HTML Hell: Adding Layouts to Bulletins and Blog posts.

Okay, this is a good one! So, right off the bat, in bulletins and blog posts, there's this button:

(The far left one)

And once you click on that, it provides a space to paste html codes. Basically, all you have to do is copy your layout into that section after you type out your bulletin or blog, and it shows up, like how I did with this one!

Keep in mind that certain layouts might not work, however. But overall, most do work fine, and it functions the same way as adding a layout to your profile.
