Winter is approaching,,,,,,,, JOURNAL 3!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone! 

I live in canada, so it can get really cold, but other than just being cold breathing gets super hard for me around when winter comes!!! It's very uncomfortable and my muscles and chest feel all tight. It sucks, it also stops me from getting sleep cuz I keep almost suffocating.... I think I have asthma and I want to talk to my doctor about it but my doctor is so hard to get to and NEVER AVAILABLE! I am very thankful for free healthcare, but going to the doctor is almost impossible and when you DO go it is NEVER helpful. 

I should think of something to be happy about though. So maybe today I'll make sure to get my work done and I can look forward to taking a nice nap when I get home... Only a few more hours.....
