UPDATE 1/31/2024:
I've found some more programs to help the experience! WindowsBlinds and Start11 are kinda expensive, so instead of Start11 I'm now recommending just using Open Shell with the WIN7LIKE theme I linked below.
I also made some custom icons in photoshop for a lot of my applications that didn't have aero style icons!
As for the explorer, I've switched to using ExplorerPatcher to enable the Windows 7 Command Bar. This also allows you to revert a lot of other Windows 11 settings back to how they used to be.

For the taskbar, I found a windows store app called TranslucentTaskbar that lets your taskbar be completely transparent, or use the windows 11 acrylic effect.

Finally, I've been using Aerochat as my discord client for a while. It's basically a remake of windows live messenger! It works really well but can sometimes be kinda janky, but I think its worth it.

ORIGINAL POST:
Recently themed my PC to look like Windows 7! Everything about the looks of the desktop environment, window borders, start menu, sounds, and cursor are all reverted back to 2007 aero glory :)
Achieved using Start11, WindowsBlinds, MicaForEveryone, and Open Shell!
Other stuff I used:

Windows 7 shell32.dll (for icons): ripped from my win7 pc
