♡︎hey guys♡︎
- This website is still new so i'm probably not gonna get anyone seeing this but if you're lurking, hi LMAO
JUNIOR YEAR
im currently in jr yr in a 1000+ high school in ohio and the atmosphere is awful. you walk in and a heavy sense of dread overrides you with the warm muggy air. the majority of students that go to my high school are upper middle class white kids who wanna appropriate black culture so bad. it creates this kind of "competitive" scene of people trying to be "cooler" than others by bullying the mentally ill, physically disabled, and lgbtq kids.
I know a lot of you can relate to this kind of atmosphere because it's the US and white people are crazy.
anyways, next year i'm able to only go to school for like, 3 hours, cuz we have senior option (which is basically only attending 2-3 classes) so obvi going for that goal.
but going to school right now is a struggle. the teachers and staff are fine for the most part (not the admins), it's the students who make school miserable. I won homecoming for my grade and suddenly, im the target of intense transphobia from my peers.
If you can relate to this, how do u cope?

hey, welcome 2 spacehey!! sorry that ur going though all that rough shit and my advice to u from my college perspective is to just push through. college is not too far off and all the petty hs shit stops once u hit freshman year (mostly; depends on the school lol). find some good hobbies and try 2 make friends outside of hs and steer clear of that place. those kids who bully u will literally result to nothing once u graduate, i can basically guarantee it. u got this! i believe in u!!!
