How I clean my room with adhd- a how too

Close my door

Put on thick headphones and play music you liek but don’t sing along too

Start with bed- make it, clean the bottom, pick up pillows and stuff from a round room that belongs on it

Dresser- clean top, put chlothes in and away, pick chlothes up off floor

Floor- pick remaining things up 

Desk and nightstand- clean top

If there’s anything u want to fiddle with or u know ur gonna get distracted by u just put it on your made bed to fiddle with when ur done! 

Make sure no one opens ur door/ distracts u
