people staring

I live in a small town and it seems that its normal for everyone to just rudely stare and point at people no matter what they look like, (not saying you should if someone looks weird) but out of everywhere i've lived in my life this is the most i see people just blank face brain dead stare at you like you have 2 heads. just something random i had on my mind that i wanted to say.
