i went into a rabbit hole now i need to talk about my discoverys (teddy ruxpin lore)

i sure we all know teddy ruxpin or at least most of us do this is teddy ruxpin and teddy ruxpin is not a bear he  is a  'Illiop' mind you i just found out about this 10 secs ago anyways so yeah he is an alien that looks like a bear 

he is a toy that tells stories through cassettes and became a very famous toy in the 80's

but what if i told you theres more to it?

grubby is an octopede and is teds best friend 

this grubby was an animatronic that interacted with the teddy animatronic via a cable that came with him 

im pretty sure that was his only purpose 

but theres also someone else

gimmick.

gimmick is not a human he is another alien species known as a perloon

he is teds other friend he is also an inventor 

there are not many toys of him only figures and a wendys resturant kids toy 

THE LIVE ACTION SPECIAL.

there was a live action special in November 30th, 1985 that was a 45 minute movie about all three of these characters going on an adventure with also additional side characters as well
