Feeling Down

I don't know where to start because it's a lot :(

So, I was talking with a friend at 3 am? I think? And it came up a topic towards an individual who pretty much would like to hurt us. Online ofc, they don't know us IRL. He told me then, this person was stalking me and pretty much realised recently; I was busy with college so he didn't have the chance to tell me this.

I'm kind of scared.

But I changed all my accs and left some (ouch), i don't know if it'll do the trick though. Any tips?
