most of the time tyler fans that think his older stuff is better than his newer stuff end up being freaks
i mean if you prefer his older stuff then thats FINE. I adore his older stuff (as you can tell from my profile on here and some other social media) but just because you like tylers stuff from his ace era that doesnt mean you should shit on people that prefer his newer stuff?? this should be common sense but LORD people are FREAKKKKSSS.
you like his newer stuff? THATS AWESOME DAWG. i ADORE his new music but i also prefer his older stuff, but that doesnt mean im abt to go wild whenever someone says that sffb/igor/cmiygl is their fav album or that [insert popular song here] is their fav song from tylers discography. let people enjoy things, js cuz they dont like tylers edgier songs doesnt mean theyre a fake fan or sum shit ðŸ˜

tbh im a new tyler fan and I agree it just seems rude to put down others based on preferences I think people just want to be special and say that they knew tyler longer or whatever idk how to explain

thing is i wouldn't really count wolf and cherry bomb as his old era, but not his new era either. like it's some werid ass middle era?????
no wolf is definetly his old era, i consider anything from when he was in odd future to be old
but yea cherry bomb was definetly some weird mix between old and new since it was a transition from the the wolf trilogy to flowerboy
it was rlly experimental and its all just for fun, theres no definitive story and the album is all js shit that tyler thought sounded good, thats why i Iove it sm
